Our general service appointments are designed to handle the ongoing care and upkeep of your property. Whether it’s routine lawn maintenance, hedge trimming, garden bed care, seasonal plantings, or property clean-ups, our team arrives prepared to complete the services scheduled with precision and efficiency. Each appointment is tailored to your property’s needs, ensuring consistent quality and a polished, well-maintained appearance every time. General Maintenance Estimates are FREE of Charge. The $100 charge is reflective of our minimum service visit charge.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost. This ensures our team’s time and scheduling remain respected.
